BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – LEAD GEN

Job description
ZinQMedia is a rapidly growing full-service Online Lead Generation, Mobile Content, E-Commerce and Data Monetization agency and is looking for an eager, young Business Development Manager who will help ZinQMedia to expand the sales of our company and manage our lead- and data buyers. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, hands-on sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment to bring lead buyers on board in multiple verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and closing new client accounts deals
  • Competitor watch
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry
  • Recruit and sign in new data and lead generation partners.
  • Build and maintain client relationships at all levels through Email, Phone, IMs, frequent meetings, trade shows and continuous communication
  • Negotiate caps and CPLs with new and current partners
  • Consistently communicate status of sales efforts to the team leader
  • Maintain accurate records of all ongoing activities
  • Effectively manage and optimize closed deals to create continuity and build long term partnerships

Required Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales / Telemarketing
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Possess strong negotiation, and closing skills
  • Detail oriented and self-governed
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high aptitude for customer relations and service
  • Fluent in English other European languages is a plus (French/Dutch in particular)
  • No 9 to 5 mentality
